1. Camp participation fees
Camp participation fees are fully refundable (100%) up to 1 months before the camp starts. Refunds are 80% up to 14 days before the camp starts and 50% up to 7 days before the camp starts. No refunds are available on or after the camp start date.
Refund amounts are calculated based on the camp participation fees actually paid, excluding coupons and discounts. The time of cancellation is determined in Korean time (Asia/Seoul), and one month means one calendar month.
2. Fees paid on site
Fees paid on site are non-refundable once paid. They are treated separately from the online camp participation fees.
3. Coupons and complimentary items
Coupons and other complimentary items issued by the site are deleted or voided if you cancel your registration without using them or if they expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Send your name, the camp you applied for, and your refund request through Contact us in My account or to [email protected]. Even after the deadline for the online cancellation feature has passed, you can still request cancellation and a refund through Contact us.
After confirming eligibility and the refund amount, we process refunds within the time limits and by the payment methods set out in applicable law. This policy does not limit your rights in the event of a camp cancellation attributable to the business, nor your statutory rights of withdrawal of offer and refund; mandatory statutory provisions take precedence.
