Terms of Service

1. Purpose and scope

These terms set out the conditions for using the website services provided by Ari Hak Dang, including membership sign-up, access to information, camp applications, inquiries, news subscriptions, and user posts. The individual participation requirements and refund policy of each camp apply together with the relevant camp information.

2. Sign-up and account management

Members must sign up with their own accurate information and complete email verification. You may not use another person's name or email address, and you must keep your login details and password secure and update your information when it changes.

The site may refuse sign-up or restrict use if required information is missing or if false information, identity theft, or abuse of the service is found.

3. Use of the service

Members must review the participation requirements and application procedure of each published camp. Submitting an application or receiving a coupon does not by itself constitute payment, admission approval, or a room confirmation.

The site may temporarily suspend the service for reasonable causes such as maintenance, outages, or disasters, and will give advance notice where possible. This does not exclude the site's legal liability for its own intent or negligence, nor users' statutory rights.

4. Restrictions and forced removal

If we find a violation of law, fraud or identity theft, unlawful posts, harassment, threats, or defamation of others, repeated instigation of disputes, interference with the service, or a serious breach of these terms, we may remove posts, suspend use, or delete the member's account.

Where possible, we will state the reason and give you an opportunity to respond, but we may act first when urgent harm prevention or a legal obligation requires it. Members are not removed for expressing legitimate opinions or exercising consumer rights. Objections can be submitted to [email protected].

5. Withdrawal and data retention

Members can withdraw using the account withdrawal feature in My account or by requesting withdrawal at [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, account access and member-only services end.

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Information needed to complete services in progress, such as unfinished camps, settlements, or inquiries, may be kept until that processing is finished, and the general additional retention period does not exceed one year from the date of withdrawal or account deletion. Records that the law requires to be kept separately are stored separately for the statutory period specified in the privacy policy.

6. Use of reviews and posts

Members may post only reviews, photos, and other content that they created or have the right to use, and must not infringe on the personal information, copyright, or likeness rights of others.

Copyright in reviews and other content that members make public remains with the author. Members grant the site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, transmit, and reformat such posts, and to continue using them, to the extent needed to operate, promote, and archive the service. Rights in the site's editorial and compiled works belong to Ari Hakdang. No changes will be made that distort the intent of a post or damage the author's reputation.

After withdrawal, public posts may continue to be used with personal information removed. Requests to delete a post or stop its use can be submitted to [email protected] and are handled in accordance with applicable law and legitimate rights. Private inquiries are not considered public posts.

7. Changes to the terms and dispute resolution

When these terms change, the effective date and the changes are announced on the site. Significant changes that are unfavorable to users are made with sufficient advance notice and any consent procedure required by law.

Disputes are first resolved through consultation between the parties; if unresolved, they are governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction rules of the Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected]
